This module focuses on technical drawing. As drawing is a creative exploration technique that influences visual exploration. It is the simplest and most efficient approach to transmitting visual concepts, allowing for visualisation and idea growth. The act of sketching remains a key tool for translating, documenting, recording, and analysing the environments we live. The knowledge we gain from this module is we are able to identify a variety of drawings in the construction industry, ability to identify basic principles, conventions and techniques in drawing and the ability to draw 3D objects into 2D orthographic drawings.
